Compare the work, not the feature grid.

A product can have every feature on a checklist and still fail the handoff your business depends on. Test the real workflow and the total cost before you choose.

  1. Map one real job. Write down how it starts, who handles it, what can go wrong and how it ends.
  2. Test exceptions. Ask providers to show cancellations, changes, conflicts, refunds and handoffs using your scenario.
  3. Count the full cost. Include required plans, add-ons, transaction fees, setup, migration and likely overlap.
  4. Check the exit. Confirm export formats, account ownership, contract terms and support after cancellation.
  5. Verify in writing. Save source links and ask the provider to confirm anything that is unclear.
