The research and tools are public. If you request a free 30-minute consultation, you choose what business and workflow details to send.

What we collect

The consultation form is hosted by Google Forms. It asks for your email, business name, an optional estimate of monthly software spend, the workflow or bill you want to discuss, and what you would most like to improve. Google processes and stores your response in the form owner's Google account; the site does not receive a copy. We use responses only to arrange and prepare for the conversation. Do not include passwords, invoices, or private customer, patient or payment details. For Google's handling of form data, see Google's privacy policy.

The tools process your calculations and selections in your browser. They do not send those inputs to us. Downloads stay with you unless you choose to share them.

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google sets cookies to do that.

Deleting it

To ask the form owner to delete a response, use the “Contact the form owner” link at the bottom of the Google Form. The owner can remove the response from Google Forms and its linked response Sheet.
